An internet troll: An internet troll, or online bully, deliberately tries to offend, cause trouble or directly attack people by posting derogatory comments on Facebook posts, blogs, under YouTube videos, on forums and other social media, such as Twitter and Instagram.
Gender Issue:
1.Lack of encouragement in class: As there are less number of girls in a class, the teachers for most work assignments end up choosing more boys
2.Lack of role models: TV,Movie, advertisement every where it is portrayed that is technical fields like ‘computer science’, are men’s fields.
3.Not Girl friendly work culture: It has been observed that when, in class , work partners are chosen,boys prefer boys over girls. And even if a girl and a boy are made work-partners, boys prefer to work actively and make girls silent observers. Boys are not comfortable in situations where they are not playing active roles.
4.Lack of interest: Most games available today are boys centric that increase their interest in computers than girls.
5.Preconceived notations: like boys are better at technical things , girls are good at humanities

1.Girl students should be encouraged more to work on computer in computer lab.
2.There should be more Programs and initiatives to encourage girls to take up computer science subject.
3.The film and TV censor board should ensure fair representations of female role models in TV, Cinema etc. so that more girls to take up ‘Computer science’

The Information Technology Act, 2000 :
It is also known as ITA-2000 or IT Act or cyber law of india. It is the primary law in India dealing with cybercrime and electronic commerce .Purpose of the act to provides legal recognition for transactions by mean of electronic data interchange, electronic communication and electronic commerce. 4 A major amendment was made to the IT Act in 2008. It introduce section 66A which penalized sending of “offensive messages”. It also introduced section 69, which gave authorities the power of “monitoring or decryption of any information through computer resource”. Amendments also contained penalties for child pornography and cyber terrorism. The act was passed in December 2008 called IT Act 2008
