Creating a Template
You can create your own templates in two ways: from a document, and using a wizard
From Document :
Create a new document and add your content and use style, Use format setting , page setup as you want then save this document as template.
Creating A Template Using A Wizard
You can use wizards to create templates for letters, faxes, agendas, presentations, and Web pages.
Using The Template
To use a particular template, choose File > New > Templates and Documents. You'll see the templates window and your templates;
Double-click the template or click on open to open it. Now you can use the template according to your choice.
Step 1. Create a template.
Step 2.Click on File → Templates → Organize.
Step 3. Choose the folder of template.
Step 4. Select desired template to set as default template.
Updating a Document
Open the template your want to update
Make changes you want
Go to File-> Save As and all changes made to the document will be saved.
Changing To A Different Template
To change to a different template, choose File > New > Templates and Documents. You'll see the templates window and your templates. Select the template you want to open and click on open.
